In order to be a member of the Southside Panthers, a player is expected to meet standards of high character, advanced ability, and maximum effort. To display his commitment to excellence, a player must sign the attached contract.

The following is a contract required of all parents prior to joining a Southside Panthers team. This is simply so there are clear expectations for all. The main objective here is for the entire team — players, parents and coaches — to be on the same page. We’re in this together!

To be successful, the expectations of coaches must be understood by all. It is imperative for the coaches to hold themselves to the highest of standards. For this reason, the Southside Panthers also require all coaches involved with our organization to sign a contract.
